Most corrupt Government departments in Andhra Pradesh, very hard to set top ten list all departments looks like no:1 in corruption, Obviously the political parties top in corruption, because they can influence every government department where there and opportunities to make,or rather mint monies. the corruption and politician not separable.
In my Top 10 most corrupt departments list from my past experiences:
1.Treasuries Department:- They leaders in list gateway to corruption, taking bribe to give own salaries of employees.
2.Municipal Department: They do any thing for money in form of birth certificates, death certificates, building plans approvals, sanitation everything corrupted.
3.Revenue Department: No differences between Municipal Department and Revenue Department. But work load heavy then Municipal Department.
4. Land Registration Department: In Real estate boom some employees also in land Business.
5.Medical And Health Department: They doing nothing, Just stand as Umpires to god life and death game.
6.Housing Department: They earning from Bird nest also.
7.Irrigation And Projects Department: Their favorite god was Varun, They prying Varun for Erase all corruption with heavy rain water and new works ready. Corruption cycle.
8.Police Department: No need to explain how many time your bike stopped, more details in all News channels every day.
9.Roads & Buildings Department: Roads for one time use only.
10.Transport Department: I think you remember how you got your Driving License.
